Towel bars, bulbs, swaps: text a photo or a short video and I quote from that. Bigger jobs get quoted in person.

You get the number in writing
Scope, what’s included, and how payment works — before anything starts.

Date locks when you’re ready
A deposit holds a scheduled day. Small same-day jobs can go without a house visit.

Do the work
Prep first, then the finish. If something extra shows up, it’s a written change order — not a silent add-on.

Walkthrough
We look at the finished work together. Punch items get listed.

Invoice
Balance via the invoice link, cash, or the method we agreed. Paid-in-full receipt. Workmanship warranty in writing.
